The laboratory develops and experiments with methods designed to transform fragmented experiences, conflicts, narratives or weak signals into structures that are coherent, transmissible, actionable — and, through sustained analysis, generative of meaning that did not previously exist in the raw material.
Its work focuses primarily on the pre-litigation, pre-arbitration and pre-resolution spaces, where the facts already exist but have not yet found their definitive form.
Some of these methods remain experimental. Others progressively evolve into frameworks, concepts or artefacts that are gradually tested and refined through real-world situations.
